About Us

Noodle Cake Creations, or Noodle as we like to call it, was established in 2012 by Ms. Saralise Ming.
It’s hard to imagine that 10 years have passed but we’re incredibly proud to know that we’ve officially entered those double digits! For those customers who stuck with us – you are many and you know who you are – we’re entirely grateful to have you join us on this cake journey.

Noodle began as a tiny home-based business and after six years we outgrew the space. In 2018, we moved to a commercial kitchen and shop front.

By means of the shop front, we expanded from made-to-order custom-designed cakes into a place where you can stop by to pick up premade grab-and-go cakes, cheesecakes and treats. We also became the home of what customers call “The Best Chocolate Cake In Guyana” and “The Best Black Cake In Guyana” – both having caught the attention of locals and expats alike.

Ms. Saralise Ming has successfully brought international standards of cake production and design to Guyana. She believes in only using the highest quality and best ingredients to create not only great tasting but also aesthetically pleasing products.
She continues to innovate and thoroughly enjoys the product development aspect of growing Noodle. There’s always something new in the pipeline to delight customers.
